Leather Marking Stamps
Argon Tool's leather stamps are made in the U.S.A., in our shops, under strict supervision and industry standards.
We can custom engrave your stamp with any logo, custom design or unique signature. We specialize in MAKERS MARK STAMPS for marking saddles, holsters, knife sheaths and other leather products. These stamps are designed to mark leather of any grain, smooth and suede.
We offer dies made of high-grade magnesium and quality tool steel. Magnesium stamps offer an engraving depth of 3/16", an attractive price, and will provide thousands of impressions. Tool steel dies are available at additional cost and are engraved 1/32" deep, hardened to industrial standards and can last a lifetime.
Artwork should be submitted via email in a VECTOR format, such as Corel Draw (.cdr - X3 or lower), Adobe Illustrator (.eps - CS2 or lower), and some Adobe PDF (.pdf) Files, among others. If it is not possible, provide high quality black & white artwork (.jpg, .gif, .bmp, .psd, .png, etc).
If specific fonts are required, please let us know the name of the font, and/or email us the font (Windows True Type Fonts, Only).
Some manufacturers charge for the addition of ovals, ropes, and special graphics. At Argon Tool there are no add on pricing for our stamps. If your design fits within the stamp area designated, the price is as shown.
Stamps up to 2" x 2" logo face area are prepared to accept a 4-1/2" long removable knurled steel handle for a firm grip. Use the handle when hitting with a hammer, remove the handle if stamp is to be used with a press. Stamps over 2" x 2" square come without a handle and are to be used with a press. For dies over 3" x 3" please call for pricing.
