Products normally shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). Please allow 5-7 days for most items.
All cancellations must be made in writing and sent via email to argontool@msn.com within 24 hours of placing order to avoid cancellation fee.
An order not deliverable due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer and returned to Argon Tool will be considered cancelled.
Argon Tool allows return of unused standard stamps and standard merchandise if returned within 30 days. A 15% Restock Charge is assessed on returned unused machines, stamps, standard merchandise and cancelled orders. A 30% cancellation charge will be assessed on custom engraved stamps or tooling. Used marking tools and accessories cannot be returned.
Argon Tool is not responsible for loss or damage as a result of your return shipping method. UPS shipping charges are not credited.

Warranty/Quality Assurance
Argon Tool stands behind the quality of all our marking tools. We guarantee that all products will be free from material and workmanship defects upon arrival. If product repairs are required, please contact Argon Tool’s customer service department.
Customers with custom engraved stamp orders will receive an actual size black and white proof copy of the logo or image as it will stamp within 2 working days of receipt of order. Upon written approval of artwork, Argon Tool will start the manufacturing process. Normal manufacturing time for custom engraved stamps is approximately 10 working days.
Once approval of artwork is received, and the custom stamp is in production, changes can be made, but will incur a fee.
The customer must make Argon Tool aware of any reason they may be dissatisfied with their custom stamp, or any marking tool, within 7 days of receipt due to material or workmanship. It will be at Argon Tool’s discretion, whether to repair or replace the marking tool.
Custom stamps or tools made to customer’s art and/or specifications may not be returned or credited. Once custom tools artwork has been approved by our customer, Argon Tool will not be held responsible for the tools performance. However, Argon Tool is always willing to work with our customers to try to correct any problem.
